Action on Dementia, Sunderland is a voluntary organisation that was formed to provide support to people who have dementia, their families, carers and friends. They aim to raise awareness of the issues and needs around dementia and to promote increased access to support and information services for individuals with dementia and their families. All funds raised and donations received will be used to benefit people within the City of Sunderland.
