Balkan Underdogs is a not-for-profit registered charity made up of volunteers dedicated to helping the street dogs and cats in the Balkans. We are proud to be a charity that, not only rescues and re-homes dogs and cats into the UK, we also run several incredibly successful spay and neuter clinics across Serbia, offering free spay and neuter to locals and rescuers for street strays.
